Initial launch market: Washington State
Find Adult Family Homes and Residential Care Near You
This is an informational directory, not a matching service. Browse provider-managed homes, see recently confirmed availability, and contact the home you choose directly using its published phone, email, or website—without having your information sold.
Search the directory
Searching never requires an account.

How this directory behaves
Privacy principles we design around
These are structural commitments, not marketing lines. Each one shapes how the platform is built.
You contact providers directly
There is no inquiry form and no lead forwarding. Every listing shows the provider's own phone number, email, or website, and you reach out to them yourself.
Ranking is objective, not for sale
Every listing is ranked by the same objective factors, whether it's a free Basic Listing or a paid Professional Listing. No provider can pay for a higher organic rank.
Verification cannot be bought
License verification is completed by an administrator against official state records. Paying for a Professional Listing never produces a verified badge or approval.
No account required to search
Families can browse and compare homes without registering.
Personal information is not sold
We collect only what the platform needs to operate, and we do not sell or rent it.
This directory publishes information providers submit about themselves. Families should independently verify licensing, services, pricing, and availability directly with each provider before making a decision.
Location
Browse by state
Terminology differs by state — Adult Family Home, Adult Foster Home, Personal Care Home, and others. Each state page uses its own official wording.
No state pages are open yet.
The directory supports all 50 states, and a state page opens as soon as a provider there publishes an approved listing. We never publish sample homes.
Published listings
How listings and statuses appear
No homes have been published yet. When they are, each card shows claim, verification, and availability status in text.
Status labels used on listings
- Profile claimed
- License verified
- Availability confirmed
- Availability not recently confirmed
- Currently full
Claimed, verified, and availability status are tracked and displayed separately, and each is written in text so it never depends on color alone. Read what each status means.
Process
How it works
For families and visitors
Search care options
Filter by location, care needs, and current availability. No account required.
Review provider-managed profiles
Read information maintained by the provider, with clear dates showing when it was last updated.
Contact the selected home directly
Use the home's published phone number, email, or website to reach out yourself. We never forward your information anywhere.
For providers
Create and manage a profile
Register, create an organization, and submit each home for administrator review.
Keep availability current
Confirm openings regularly so families see accurate information.
Choose Basic or Professional Listing
Stay on the free Basic Listing or add a Professional Listing per home for more capacity and anonymous analytics.
For providers
Built for licensed residential-care providers
Every home starts with a free Basic Listing. Provider registration is open. An approved, verified home can optionally upgrade to a Professional Listing at $79 per home per month for more photos, unlimited moderated posts, and anonymous performance analytics.

Privacy promise
Your search should help you find care—not become a product sold to advertisers.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from search activity. We are a directory, not a matching service: families contact providers directly using each provider's published contact details, and we never see or store the contents of that conversation.
